When you buy a Luxury Lodge it comes with a great range of benefits including:
- 2 Owner photo ID passes for free access to the Gym, Clubs and resort Swimming Pools.
- 8 additional passes for family for free access to the Clubs and resort Swimming Pools.
- All pass holders receive 10% discount on food and drink purchased in the main club complex and the Fountain Sports Bar & Restaurant. Discount also currently applies at Heacham Manor Hotel.
- Exclusive early morning 7-9am swimming sessions in the Indoor Pool (Age restrictions apply please ask at Leisure Reception).
- Each pass holder can sign in two people for a small charge and extra temporary weekly passes can also be purchased.
- Fairway Court & Redgate Court Lodge Owners receive two named free passes for the 9 hole course and discounted rates for the eighteen hole golf courses for unlimited use throughout the year. The named passes have to be for the Owners themselves or family members.
- 10% discount us currently available for pass holders on Princess Theatre tickets and drinks. Passes must be shown at the time of booking.
- The Club Passes are for use during the main season, March to October, outside of this time Searles host a variety of themed entertainment breaks - discounted tickets are often available.
- 24 hour Security on site with CCTV controlled from Main Reception. Alarms that page Security are supplied with all new lodges.
- Security gate barrier fobs are available from the Sales Office or Owners Reception for a £10 deposit which is refundable. (max 4).
- Owners Reception is located left of the Main Reception. Owners can pay bills, request photo ID passes, pay insurance, report issues and generally ask questions relating to their holiday home ownership.
- Outside of the main season (March to October) The Fountain Sports Bar & Restaurant can be hired for private functions.
